Why would anyone follow you if they don’t know where you are going? We worked with the leadership team at Holland College to design a process that collected the voices and suggestions of students, faculty, staff, industry and the community to create a new path for the college.

Our Approach

The consultation process took us to all campuses across the Island to hear from students, staff and faculty on areas that were working and what could be improved. In addition, VOLUME18 developed an engaging online survey for the general public and industry partners.

VOLUME18 created a strategic plan for Holland College- Shaping Futures that is concise and accessible to everyone involved to help implement the strategic directions. VOLUME18 also worked with Confound Films to develop an engaging and interactive digital commercial to share the fresh start for Holland College with the launch of this strategic plan.
