Creating space and process for people to be heard and engaged in strategic or public plans is critical to the success. Having meaningful conversations and collaborations on sometimes divisive topics isn’t always easy, but necessary to get stakeholder buy-in and the most effective results.
Our Approach
VOLUME18 has created unique and engaging sessions and meetings for nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies. Our strategic planning and public policy processes are fun -we promise - and effective at getting to the root of the mission of the organization as well as a clear path for success. VOLUME18 also loves providing training sessions, facilitating meetings, stakeholder focus groups, and consultations.
